MOVEMENT and Mindfulness

In this class, you will learn to deepen your bodily awareness and senses through the exploration of movements and music. Different improvisation exercises are used as tools to analyze your physical and mental well-being and to move you towards a more content state of mind. Choreographies are not taught in this class, it is rather directed to those interested in connecting with their inner-self through dance. The movement classes are accessible for everyone and no prior experiences are required
