+ When can I join a dance course ?

You can join a course at different periods during the dance season. To find out when you can join which course, be sure to check out our socials

+ When are the open classes ?

There are two weeks of open classes. The first one takes place in September while the second one takes place in January. These classes are meant for students who are not familiar with EDS and are planning on joining a class. In order to attend these classes you have to sign up. You are welcome in the open class(es) if you have received a confirmation email from EDS. Keep an eye on our socials @erasmusdancesociety for the exact dates of the open classes.

+ How do I register for a class or bootcamp ?

You can find the registration link on our website. A week before the registrations open, we will announce the registration date and details regarding the classes on our socials, so make sure to follow us there @erasmusdancesociety

+ What do I need when signing up ?

When signing up, you will need your bank details (don’t forget your BIC number if you have a foreign bank account). Besides your bank details, you will also need your EDS Member ID if you already are a part of EDS (you can find this number in your confirmation email) and/or your student number in case you are a first-year Bachelor or Master student.

+ Do I need to buy an Erasmus Sport pass ?

In order to join our regular classes/bootcamps/workshops you need to have an Erasmus Sport card. We suggest buying this card after receiving a confirmation email of your enrollment in one of our regular classes. You do NOT need an Erasmus Sport pass for our open classes.

+ Do I have to be an EUR student to join ?

yes, you need to be student to join Erasmus Dance Society.

+ How do I know whether I made it into the regular class/bootcamp/workshop ?

Only if you made it into the regular class/bootcamp/workshop, you will receive a confirmation email from EDS. If you did not receive a confirmation email from EDS, it means that you have been put on the waitlist. If a spot opens up, and it is your turn on the waitlist, you will be contacted. The only thing you can do is wait.

+ When will the confirmation emails be sent ?

We aim to send the confirmation emails two days after the registrations have opened. When the confirmation emails have been sent, we will announce it on our socials.
